Global Grid Alpha Corporation Limited, GGC-ALPHA, was incorporated in Dublin in May 2023 to carry THE OIL GRID from a granted patent to the first project, and from there to producing nations and operators around the world.
Why a company
By 2023, THE OIL GRID had a United States patent, honours in Kuwait, an exhibition film and a presentation to Kuwait's institutions behind it. It did not yet have an organisation able to work with governments, national oil companies and industrial partners in any region, to take a stake in the fields it equips, and to see the system built.
On 18 May 2023, Eng. Mubarak Taher incorporated Global Grid Alpha Corporation Limited in Dublin, Ireland.
Why Ireland
Ireland was chosen for its stable political and legal environment, its established position as a hub for global technology and finance, its common-law system familiar to international counsel, and its transparent corporate governance framework. The jurisdiction's commitment to the OECD Pillar Two framework, its R&D tax credit and its network of over 70 double-taxation agreements provide a competitive environment for innovation.
As a company domiciled in the European Union, GGC-ALPHA works under European law and regulation from the outset.
What the company is, and is not
GGC-ALPHA is not an Engineering, Procurement and Construction contractor. It is the exclusive licensee, system architect and project integrator of THE OIL GRID, and it takes a stake in the fields it equips. Joint venture is its lead model; the four partnership routes are set out on Our Growth.
Its work is planned to follow one path, from the first conversation to the life of the field:
- 1 · Engagement and design
- GGC-ALPHA works directly with governments and with national and international oil companies to fit the certified standard design to each field's requirements, reservoir and national objectives.
- 2 · Partnered manufacturing
- Certified partner factories are planned to build the units, to assure quality and to allow parallel production for several projects.
- 3 · Integration and commissioning
- GGC-ALPHA's core team will oversee assembly, integration and commissioning on site, and train the client's people throughout.
- 4 · Service and support
- Long-term service and support, including operation of the AI-CS and predictive maintenance, is to be offered for the life of the field.

The Company runs a deliberately lean structure. Strategic and technical leadership is kept in-house. Specialist firms provide finance, legal, engineering and project-management services. Manufacturing is planned with certified partner factories rather than factories of its own.
THE OIL GRID is engineered and patented. No installation has yet been built, at prototype or commercial scale. The Company is in its foundation phase: building its advisory and management team, applying to sovereign innovation programmes, and securing the partners and funding for the one-time design stage. Every performance figure is a result of process simulation — not a real or measured figure — until prototype units have been tested and the first installation has been built and operated.
The near future: laying the foundation
The work under way now, from mid-2026, has one purpose: to make the one-time design stage possible. It covers:
- the Company's legal and intellectual-property foundation;
- a strategic adviser with deep relationships among national oil companies, and an advisory board;
- the engagement of retired senior national-oil-company executives as advisers;
- applications to sovereign innovation programmes in the Gulf region;
- the partners and funding for the one-time design stage;
- the groundwork for financing the first project, once the design is certified.
The phase is complete when the team, the partners and the funding for the one-time design stage are in place.
Prototypes and certification: where estimates become measurements
A full oil-field project needs very large capital, so no separate pilot field is built. THE OIL GRID is designed once instead. After the foundation phase, in Years 1 and 2, the Company is to complete the full engineering and manufacturing design of the standard modular system, build and test prototype units and parts, and obtain certification and licensing. At the start of Year 3 the first standard units are to be manufactured, and then the first customer is to be sought. The traditional model runs the other way: the customer comes first, then the site is studied and verified, and a design is made for that one site, which in the Founder's experience takes two to five years on average, depending on the size and complexity of the project. With the design done once, the pathway for partners has four steps:
- 1 · Technical evaluation
- A mutual NDA, the engineering documentation and data room, a management presentation and questions. About 1–3 months.
- 2 · Project proposal
- A field evaluation that fits the certified standard design to the partner's field, with a timeline and agreed success criteria.
- 3 · Full-scale contract
- The contract for the first project, with a phased build and a long-term service agreement.
- 4 · Delivery
- Standard, certified units from partner factories, the ring and the Dispatch Station built, and commissioning; training begins.
Prototype testing and certification will be judged on twelve criteria, each measured and reported separately from the design estimates: separation across the pressure and fluid range; self-energy and energy balance; flow assurance; the ring's behaviour when a segment is isolated; its buffer capacity and pressure control without surface tanks; unit exchange time; availability and production lost to downtime; cybersecurity and safe-state behaviour; fire and gas detection and emergency response; custody-transfer accuracy; water handling; and actual cost and schedule against the reference case. Those a test cannot show, such as actual cost and schedule, are confirmed at commissioning of the first project.
The prototype test and certification reports, and then the commissioning of the first project, will separate measured results from design estimates. Every public figure will then be restated from the evidence.
The far future: from one field to many
After the foundation, the plan unfolds in three stages.
Readiness. The one-time design stage: the full engineering and manufacturing design of the standard system, prototype units and parts built and tested, certification and licensing; certified manufacturing partners; and a full management team.
First units and first contract. The first standard units manufactured at the start of Year 3; then the first customer, and a first full-scale commercial contract on the certified standard design, with production designed to begin as the first units are commissioned.
Global scaling. Several projects in parallel, a partner network that reaches new regions, and one certified design used again and again. The aim is for THE OIL GRID to become an industry standard for energy infrastructure.
