Built for the people who build energy infrastructure.

Where we are. The invention is patented, and the Company is established. We are now in the third stage: expanding Global Grid Alpha so that it is ready to serve its first customers. We are looking for one of four paths, or several together — a joint venture or alliance, a strategic capital partner, government participation, or an international oil company taking the programme forward. We invite governments, national oil companies, international oil companies and strategic partners to start a confidential conversation.

Nothing on this website is an offer of securities.

Built to deploy in numbers, at the pace of a real construction programme — starting with the first project.

GOV

Governments

Sovereign energy programmes looking to bring stranded or marginal fields online faster, with a smaller environmental footprint and less capital locked into fixed infrastructure — energy security on a schedule you control.

NOC · IOC

National & International Oil Companies

Operators evaluating a modular alternative to centralised gathering infrastructure — for stranded, marginal or fast-track fields where a multi-year plant isn't the answer.

EPC

Institutional & Engineering Partners

Front-End Engineering, Detail Engineering and manufacturing partners ready to take THE OIL GRID from a granted patent to the first project and on to fielded units — and grow with a programme built to scale in numbers, not one plant at a time.

Six topics that matter to public bodies

National energy sovereignty

The low capital threshold is designed to enable nations to develop their own resources without long-term dependency on foreign mega-contractors or decades-long commitments that constrain fiscal policy.

Technology transfer and jobs

Each project is planned to include a comprehensive seven-year operational training programme, designed to build local technical capacity and create long-term employment opportunities.

Strategic resilience and operational continuity

The subterranean grid and the distributed architecture are designed to leave no concentrated above-ground target. Localised damage is designed to be isolated and repaired without shutting down the entire field.

HSE by design

THE OIL GRID is designed to achieve full HSE compliance from the start. The design has no flare, no tanks and no open storage, and its sealed units carry built-in fire and explosion protection. It is designed to reduce exposure to sour gas, corrosion, erosion and hydrate formation, and to keep far fewer people in hazardous areas. Full HSE compliance is a design intent; conformity will be certified at validation.

By design, not by declaration

No flare system is fitted and the design has no surface tank. Units are designed to be self-energised, and produced water to go to re-injection or treatment. The environmental case follows from the architecture itself. Zero routine flaring is a design intent, to be confirmed at validation, and it depends on the captured gas having an outlet. The Company's position is that the energy transition will take decades, and that THE OIL GRID is designed to produce the hydrocarbons still needed with a lower environmental impact, as a bridge to a lower-carbon future.

Development off the grid

The self-energised units are designed to run without connection to external power infrastructure; the energy balance is to be confirmed by prototype testing and certification. Development could then become feasible in remote regions with little infrastructure. Automation is designed to reduce the need for imported technical staff and to build local self-sufficiency.
