Important Notice — status of all figures

THE OIL GRID is a new, patented production concept. No installation of the system has yet been built or operated, at prototype or at commercial scale. Every performance, cost, schedule, energy, land, downtime and financial figure on this website is therefore an estimate. The figures are the results of process simulation and engineering calculation, prepared by the Company from assumed input values and the Founder's long operational experience in the oil and gas industry. They are not real, measured, tested or independently verified results.

All figures are stated as upper-bound ("up to") values against a defined reference case: a virgin (greenfield) onshore field with no existing supporting utilities. Actual results will depend on field conditions and will differ, possibly materially. The advantage narrows where infrastructure already exists.

No figure constitutes a representation, warranty, guarantee or forecast of results. No reader should rely on any figure as the basis for an investment, contractual or technical decision without independent due diligence. The figures will be re-stated from measured data once prototype units have been tested and the first installation has been built and operated.

They are calculated on a virgin (greenfield) field with no existing supporting utilities — no electrical substation, access roads, or gas and water supply; the advantage narrows where such infrastructure already exists, and actual results vary by site. THE OIL GRID is engineered and patented; next comes the one-time design stage — full engineering and manufacturing design, prototype testing, certification and licensing — then the first standard units are manufactured, ready for the first customer.
